Delete account

Email support@tastyflow.vn with the subject “TastyFlow account deletion”. Include the phone number, Telegram username, email, or other sign-in method connected to the account so we can verify ownership.

After verification, we delete or anonymize authentication identities, active sessions, profile and nutrition data, saved addresses, carts, and other personal data that is not required for legitimate security, operational, or legal reasons.

Requests are normally completed within 30 days. We may retain limited order, payment, fraud-prevention, or legal records when required, with direct account identifiers removed where possible.

Deleting TastyFlow does not delete your Telegram, Google, Apple, or payment-provider accounts. Manage those services separately.
