Account data may include your phone number, Telegram identity, name, username, email address when provided by a connected sign-in method, and linked authentication providers.

Profile data may include nutrition targets, tracked nutrients, food preferences, profiles you create for other people, delivery addresses, and approximate or precise delivery coordinates you provide.

Service data includes dishes, ingredient selections, carts, orders, delivery details, integration identifiers, session tokens, timestamps, device or browser information, and operational logs.

We use this data to authenticate you, personalize nutrition information, build dishes, process and deliver orders, connect supported services, provide support, prevent abuse, and keep TastyFlow reliable.

We do not sell personal data. We share only the data needed with restaurants, order and delivery systems, authentication providers such as Telegram, Google, or Apple when connected, and infrastructure providers that operate the service.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, expiring sessions, and restricted service credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Some order, payment, security, or legal records may be retained or anonymized where required.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data from the Delete account page or by emailing support@tastyflow.vn.
